Active Citizens of Sreemangal is a local initiative working on skill development ,advocacy and
awareness leading to policy making involving local citizens ,administrations and leaders from
all walks of life.

Our online presence

1.The Advocacy club :
I. Online podcast on local issues and problems where local youth,important people,public
figures,administrative people and responsible leaders from all walks participate and talk
about the probable solutions and action plan.
II. Later we make an action plan on the respective issue and send it to the respective
authority by arranging an in person meeting with them.
III. Along the process,we are basically preparing our rising youth stars-the future leaders of
the upcoming trillion dollar economy’s Smart Bangladesh 2041, by involving them in
brainstorming, critical thinking, identifying problems and designing solutions and policy
making.
IV. Our main target is to create awareness and raise voices to make the conscious,productive
and positive youth for the nation.

Our offline presence:
1. Awareness raising program on skill development in educational institutes so that they get
to know about the importance and mandatory soft skills to make them prepare for the
days to come.
2. Parenting parents on skill development so that they get serious about their children’s soft
skill development.
3. Paid soft skill development programs and courses for the students and connecting them
with different projects nationally and internationally.
4. We are both working on b2b and b2c business models.
5. One to one and batch based training program.
