This detox is something related to your passion that makes you feel good. For me, it’s “ME TIME”, listening to my favorite music and singing out loud to release the unavoidable stress. Writing is another hobby that I do put of passion and profession. Let’s get the hell out of the idea of meditation at a dark place with candles for mental health.

Adequate sleep:

When you eat well and balance your weight by body movement/exercises, you need to sleep well. You should not compromise with your sleep. Deep sleep is very important for managing your weight and detoxification of the body/rejuvenation of the cellular process. When you walk or do extensive exercises,

Physical activity:

So when you are done with ensuring balanced nutrition for your body and mind, You need some sort of body movement, not necessarily the extensive exercises but at least a mindful walk every day that is essential for your hormones to work properly .not to mention weight management.

*****These four pillars are necessary to boost your immunity to prevent the root causes of the existing/upcoming diseases. For your mental and physical well being, you must need these four pillars to be habituated with. When you take medicines, they can only eradicate the signs and symptoms of diseases, but medicines are unable to prevent the root causes of disease. That’s why you need to work on your lifestyle tools on your own. This billion-dollar health industry is only looking for sick people to make businesses. Don’t fall sick and believe that NO MEDICINE IS THE BEST MEDICINE and work on your lifestyle to make it better every day because HEALTH IS WEALTH.
